The holidays are upon us once more! Every year we look forward to celebrating Christmas and the holiday season with friends and customers old and new at Seven Spoons. This year we’re pleased to offer a set menu for the evenings of 24 and 25 December. The 4 course menu for Christmas (at 1,200B per person) includes:
The Tiger’s Ear (Lamai rum, sugar syrup and northern Thai perilla or ‘Tiger’s Ear’), or
Red Collar (single malt whisky, vermouth, fernet, bitters and cranberry icecubes)
Razor clams with chorizo, capers, white wine butter sauce, or
Broccoli quinoa salad with pistachios and buttermilk dressing
Savory brown butter sweet potato gnocchi, or
Fettucine with sardines, breadcrumbs and chili flakes
Black mountain chicken with Udomsuk stout gravy, or
Grilled tofu with chimichurri sauce and parmesan couscous salad
Salted chocolate tart with Madagascar vanilla ice cream, or
Goat’s cheese cake with wild mountain honey
